Chicago Neighborhood Boundaries - South Andersonville Gardens

A friend of mine stumbled onto some recent real estate ads that are for the area known as Uptown but it looks like they're trying to define it as South Andersonville Gardens. He even found this sign in the vicinity.

Chicago neighborhood boundaries are blurred and notoriously hard to figure out. If you're in an area that has a bad reputation it's not that difficult to get people thinking it's really something else. :)
